Any permanently installed equipment will be specifically engineered and designed for the area in which it resides. If equipment is relocated to another area under any circumstances, all guarantees and warranties will be void.

If a dehumidifier is called for, it must be run and maintained.

If there is roof damage due to neglect or natural causes, water lines that break and/or any instance that generates a moisture problem that will overwhelm the existing systems ability to combat anaerobic growth.

If the facility owner/manager has construction or re-modeling without following proper building codes.

If the HVAC system is not properly sized for the cooling and heating area of the building/facility. The humidity level within a building must be maintained below 50%.

If mold growth results from filth or neglect.

We cannot guarantee the elimination of mold in rooms where moisture is a constant, such as in washrooms.

If the home owner or facility manager does not maintain the equipment.
In the simplest of terms, there is no single "silver bullet" for the issue of mold. What we wish to convey is that if all parties involved (from the contractor, home owner, to New Air Technologies) act with "Due Diligence" this system will not fail.
